Parents’ Survey 2020 and Feedback
Parent View and Remote Learning Survey
Thank you to all the parents and carers that returned the school survey. After the challenges of last academic year, it has been heartening to read the positive parental responses. As a staff team we are very fortunate to work in a school with such a caring parental community.
The school leadership team have now had the opportunity to review the results. Overall we are very pleased with the feedback. We have summarised the results in the document attached to this page.
Parents are encouraged to compare improvements against the responses in the 2018-19 parent survey linked to the side bar of this page.
Dawnay Contingency Plan for Remote Learning
We have used the feedback to contribute towards the development of the schools contingency planning for remote learning in the event of a partial or full closure. We are pleased to share this document with you that will form the basis of our remote learning offer if we are to close again.
Please note: The Contingency Plan for remote learning is stored under the Information Tab on the school webpage.
Ofsted Parent View
Parent View gives you the chance to tell Ofsted what you think about your child’s school, from the quality of teaching to dealing with bullying and poor behaviour. The survey can be completed at any time; you don’t have to wait until the school is being inspected.
Ofsted use the information you provide when making decisions about which schools to inspect and when.
