Lower Junior Home Learning Week 5 (Wb18.05)
Welcome to week 5 of the summer term!
Dear Otters, Hedgehogs and Foxes,
It has been lovely to see so much of your home learning over the past week, we are so impressed by how hard you are all working at home!
Here is a brief overview of this week's learning:
Maths: Year 3 – Multiplication and Division Year 4 – area and perimeter
English: Poetry, fact file and book comparision/review
Spellings: Revision of spellings from this half term (cian, tion, ssion and sion word endings)
Active 5: Saxon diary
Science: Shadow investigation (this will need to be started in the morning)
History: Viking religion, gods, goddesses and burial.
RE: Sikh Duties
Computing: Anglo- Saxon virtual museum
Art: silhouette art
Music: Activity set by Mrs Wood on Charanga/Yumi platform (details on how to access have been emailed)
PSHE: Positive questions board game
This week is slightly different as it is the last week of this half term.
On Friday, the whole school will be taking part in Dawnay PRIDE day. You will have a range of activities to complete with your family which will help you demonstrate each school value!
